Anjali Shankar is a young artist that works in multiple media including painting, textiles, and film. Her artwork travels through a variety of concepts; ranging from dream-like language of an internal dialogue to exploring her own cultural heritage through symbolic imagery. Anjali graduated with a BFA from Maryland institute college of art in spring of 2020. She is currently working on her Masters in Art Education, which is to be completed in spring of 2021.
